influence of schengen refusal

If I refused from schengen tourist visa, will this influence for tier 1 entrepreneur visa?

Not necessarily - depends on the reason and so on. You will need to declare it though in your application where it asks about any refusals.

In both schengen refusal comment is this: "The information submitted regarding the justification for purpose and conditions was not reliable". French first and lithuanian last one. Also I would say there are previous visas from these embassies.
Should this interfere me to get tier 1 visa?
