thnx obie,no,i said i donno what she is doing which is true.last time i spoke to her,she said she is leaving which im not sure of.but the guy who interviewed me said he got her travelling records of 2016-2017 and in this history they can see she last travelled here 07.5.2017 and before that she travelled in 13.03.2016.so they asked me where she is but i said i donno which is true.in my visa revocation grounds they used as she is not exercising treaty right and not in this country atm.

Well in law, he who assert will have to prove. They will most likely have to do the proof I guess.

thnx obie.what would be the best course of action for me after launching my appeal?do i qualify for retain right?will i have right to work while my appeal is in process?ta

I guess you lawyer may be bset place to give you advise, based on your circumstances and his or her knowledge of your case.

What did you hold before revoke? EEA Family Permit of 5yrs Residence Card?

You need to prove that your marriage for at least 3years and you were lived with your partner at least 1year before divorce.

thnx mate,but i checked online,it says my wife has to be in this country when the divorce get finalised and must be working.but my divorce hasnt been finalised yet.just apply few weeks ago.im in uk now.really worried and stressed up thinking about my future.need ur advice guys.ta

Don't you worry man.you should have informed home office immediately your wife left U.K.as your plea is you don't know where she is!really embarrassing for ho,she should be present in u.k 6 out of 12 months in a year.if she was doing any business in u.k and resident here 6 months annually.you should be fine.she could be owner of any business in u.k, provided genuine.the letter that comes along with residence card states this you should inform ho and should apply in ur capacity for a new residence card.there is a view that dissolution i.e legal separation without divorce on genuine grounds could be helpful in ur situation
