EEA Application for child only

What form do I use if I want to apply for my 7 year old child for an EEA residence card. He lived all of his live in the UK so has exercised full rights, he has an EU passport. All forms seem to assume the parent is also applying. I already have an EEA residence card (with EU passport) and my wife has now British citizenship

My guess would be EEA(PR)

In section 1.10 you write yourself. Section 3.1, tick box 2 and in section 3.2 tick box 2.

Your child can get citizenship from his mother.
