Is my letter from employer sufficient

Post by cheekcheek » Fri Sep 08, 2017 9:09 am

Hi,

I have booked for a premium appointment on 29th September for ILR (5 year route). I have now a complete set of documentations to support my application. However, I am a bit concern with the letter that was supplied by my employer. They don't specifically state "foreseeable future" or "ongoing" but they do state "not serving notice nor under consultation". This is due to a big change that is going on now in the company.

I am wondering if this letter is acceptable? I meet all other requirements.

I would be grateful for any response and many thanks in advance.

It needs to state that your you are required in your current posting on an ongoing basis or for the foreseeable future.

It is clear from what you have got that there might be potential redundancies during a restructure, not a good point for ILR.
