Just a small note for people who have their applications in Decided state online but haven't received any letters yet. Go to your local council's citizenship ceremony booking website and type in your Home Office reference number and date of birth AND BE SURE TO INCLUDE THE '0' in front if your reference has it. If the site let's you book a ceremony, then your application has been successful. Of course, do NOT book until you have received the invitation letter since it is mandatory for the ceremony
