Bank statement and degree verification numbers

The bank statement I have for maintenance funds does not have the bank telephone number that can be called in case statement verification is needed. I checked with my bank and they said they only have 0800 number for this sort of verification. Do I need to provide that number on a separate paper?

Also, for my english language points I am using my UK masters degree from a UK University. Do I need to provide the Office of Registrar's number or email in case the degree needs to be verified?
