And another general question which I just thought of (I could not edit the post, so pardon the double post). How much evidence do I need to submit for employment history? Do I need all my P60s and/or payslips?Right wrote: ↑Sun Sep 10, 2017 8:30 pmI am an EEA national (Bulgaria) and starting to fill out the form. I have two practical (and maybe somewhat stupid) questions.
1. What document should I use for the 'current passport/travel document number' (1.2 of the form)?
I am travelling back to Bulgaria later this year and I plan to replace my passport then which obviously will be in the middle of the application. Should I use my ID card instead?
2. Do I have to put anything in the 'Reference numbers used in your immigration applications' (1.1 of the form)?
Before I got my EEA PR card, I have previously applied for a yellow and blue card. Should I include the Case IDs for those applications or put N/A here?
You need to submit an application with the ID/Passport you used to do LITUK/B1 with. Btw save your self the stress and use NCS, you will be able to keep all your originals hassle-free.Right wrote: ↑Sun Sep 10, 2017 10:03 pmAnd another general question which I just thought of (I could not edit the post, so pardon the double post). I have found the booklet and/or guide (which is out of date) not as helpful as the PR card ones.
That's quite useful information given that I have not seen guidance like that anywhere else. It seems like I might have to hold off replacing my passport in December then because it will invalidate the one with which I will apply for citizenship in the coming weeks.

Have you got a view on any of the other questions, especially evidence? What did you submit for yours?
Also, I have always planned to go through the NCS (I have two near me, one that has free appointments on a very short notice) and plan to do that and the passport form.
Thanks a lot and I know the feeling exactly.mahasam wrote: ↑Mon Sep 11, 2017 7:11 pmHello,Right wrote: ↑Mon Sep 11, 2017 6:37 pmThat's quite useful information given that I have not seen guidance like that anywhere else. I am happy to share what I brought as an evidence:
2011-2017 p60s.
3 letters from previous employers(one was a very long employment till 2015, the second one and the third one were 2015-2016, 2016-2017) a contract from a new employer as I started like 2 days before the NCS appointment.
Degree.
LITUK.
DCPR.
Driving license.
Passport & EU ID (had LITUK done with ID, then brought passport just in case).
DCPR was done in 2012 so had to confirm previous 5 years.
I brought a ton of other rubbish like bank statements for the last 6 years both debit&credit card. Payslips for the last 6 years (lol), bills. Had a full backpack made for 17inch gaming laptop, probably 5-6 kgs )). NCS guy said it was overkill so had to throw away most of that.
Hope this helps.

Sounds like you went there with all your DCPR evidence. I might do the same, because I went through the pain to gather the evidence, so I might as well bring it there to make sure I don't have to redo my NCS appointment. IIRC, my package for DCPR was >10 kg .
I did something similar with both my NCS naturalisation appointment and when I went to apply for ILR. In both cases I brought an accordion folder stuffed to the gills with any and all documents related to my time in the UK. I'm non-EEA, so it was all especially unnecessary. My advice to people is always that they should err on the side of bringing documents they don't need than risk needing something they didn't bring.mahasam wrote: ↑Mon Sep 11, 2017 7:54 pmHi,Right wrote: ↑Mon Sep 11, 2017 7:38 pmThanks a lot and I know the feeling exactly.

I just wanted to make it bulletproof and plus I may have a slight OCD . I don't remember how thorough I was with my DCPR application but I was doing it not really caring for the outcome (I remember that for sure) back in 2012, thank god I got it when the form was no more 30 or 40 pages ).

In 1.45 put your main job occupationtommmy wrote: ↑Fri Sep 15, 2017 10:12 pmEmployment history
Hi Everyone,I need some help with AN form question 1.45 Details of your Employment.I have 2 current jobs but I can only give details about one in this section.Shall I give details about my second job on page 22 (this question on the form does not advise continuation but I think it should)?Do I need to mention my present jobs in question 1.50 or only the jobs I had in the past?
How accurate do I need to be when I give my absence at resident requirements 2.2?I know all my absence but I am aware of that sometimes on one or two occasions I arrived back to the UK after midnight instead of 21.00 or 22.00pm due to flight delay.Any contribution is welcome. Thanks
Correct - if you are not married or civil partner then not required.tommmy wrote: ↑Sat Sep 16, 2017 1:56 pmThanks for your answer EEA national truly appreciate it.I also have question about section "Details of your partner".I have marked that I have unmarried partner at 1.15 but I believe that I do not need to fill out my partner details since question asks:"Please provide here the details of your husband, wife or civil partner", nothing about unmarried partner but I am not sure. Thanks in advance
NO to both your questions.Anamin86 wrote: ↑Mon Sep 18, 2017 8:51 pmHello,
I need some help.
Should I fill details of my ex boyfriend and current boyfriend?
I used to live with ex boyfriend and now I live with my new boyfriend.
Should I clarify them as a partners in AN form?
I nevere registered partnerships with register office.
Thank you
Anamin86 wrote: ↑Thu Sep 21, 2017 10:37 amThank you for previous answer.
I am not sure about the following:
1.3 which date I should write?
Which section is that? What is the question?
I am from Lithuania, came in 13/05/2010
At that time I applied for Home Office, and home office reference number I wrote to 1.1 questions.
Should I write 13/05/2010 or date when I received Home Office.
3. Good character requirement.
In the form they ask include the parking tickets. Should I do? If tickets have been issued for car registration number, without my name on it?
If not on your name, why consider mention it?
And if yes, should I write them in the "Details of judgment or civil penLty 2"?
Thank you
You are EEA National, so you put nothing. You acquired permanent residence after 5 years of exercising treaty rights. If you are applying for naturalization you should have the document alreadyAnamin86 wrote: ↑Fri Sep 22, 2017 5:20 pmAnamin86 wrote: ↑Thu Sep 21, 2017 11:37 am
Thank you for previous answer.
The section - personal information. The question 1.3 ( 3rd question on the page 3)

More accurate you are the better. Don't mix permanent residence with naturalization, they are completely different and you really want to make success of it the first time as the fee is quite hefty.ubamor01 wrote: ↑Thu Sep 21, 2017 4:27 pmHi there
I am about to fill in the form and I have some queries regarding employment history for 10 years.
I've worked for about 7 years in 3 jobs mainly but I've had endless and countless smaller jobs which I have paid tax on and made contributions on.
Do I really need to list all of them?
For my permanent residence application I only listed these main 3, and I supplied P60s and payslips for these 3 jobs only.
Thank you!
Thanks for the help. So for example, I did a street funding job for literally 3 shifts, would that go on the list, in your opinion?EEA National wrote: ↑Sat Sep 23, 2017 8:52 amMore accurate you are the better.
