I am happy to share my extension approval with you all.

Here is my timeline.

Applied; 15.03.2017 ( share capital)
Bio metric done dated: 10.04.2017.
Complex letter: 25.04.2017

Visa approved: 07.09.2017

It seems to be taking them 5.5 - 6 months - Hopefully the April guys will start coming through soon

Hi

Congrats for the Visa. Could you please confirm the final accounts that have all the shareholders details, which one submit to Companies house in the year of Investment also send with the application.

And all the information about Shareholders is in Accounts Notes submit to companies House. If Possible please provide and format of share capital and list of documents submit with application.

1. Duly Completed Application Form
2. Two Passport sized photos
3.Applicant's Passport
4. Applicants Residence Permit ( BR)
5.Bank statement ( proof of maintenance)
6. Original Certificate for MBA (UK)
7. Police Registration Certificate

Investment

8. Letter from Accountant
9. Company's annual account from 2014 to 2016
10.Company's management Account (current year)

note section :
Shares issued during the period: Nominal value number Amount
£ 1 x x

Mr X is the sole shareholder of the company and ows 100% ( xxx shares) of issued shares in the company.
Total nymber of shares issued in the year ended xx/xx/2014- £ xxxx
Total nymber of shares issued in the year ended xx/xx/2015- £ xxxx
Total nymber of shares issued in the year ended xx/xx/2016- £ xxxx

- AR01 is for all 3 years
