The form suggested is for lost, stolen or damaged. I don't think a name change comes under this category.
In order to change the name in the BRP one would need to show evidence (poll deed). That is not done using premium service.
The alternative is to submit a new PR application mentioning name on BRP as name previously used.
This process will take a few months though.

Yes I think that person is right. You need to apply as change of circumstance. Change of name is a very serious matter to avoid forgeries etc. So you will have to submit all the documents regarding your name. NOT your P60s etc. Im not sure which form is to be used but you will need to reapply under change of circumstance like a married woman changing her last name.

The best thing for you to do is approach a solicitor. 100s of women change their name after marriage so a solicitor will know the process. Unfortunately no one here seems to know or interested in responding.

You may be willing to spend 6900£ but you cannot get it done by premium service. It is not minor as you think. It is carefully scrutinized to avoid fraud.

I applied on 17th March, and still haven't heard anything yet. :(
The case ID never got recognised for some reason.

Hi Nellow, I applied for RC on 19th March and my case ID was never recognised until 9th September. On 9th Sep I checked and it showed that a decision has been made on 6th September. And then I received my documents and RC a few days later.

Hi,

I checked the status of my application and it shows that my application has been decided (August 30th) but when I called to EU contact centre after 10 working days they said my application was still in progress.

There is only one place that we can track our applications and it doesn’t work. It is so frustrating. Has anyone experienced the same problem before?

Thanks

Nellow, you have been asking this same question for 2 months now. Certainly you should realise by now that forum users are not in a position to solve your problem.
You have reached the heights of stupidity by asking someone personally what questions will be asked especially since nowhere is it seen in his posts that he called HO at all.
And whatever they ask it will be pertinent to you application and you have to provide dates. How can a forum user tell you what to answer??
