HO visit at office for interview

Hi all,

I apply for tier 1 entreprenure ext. on 23 Feb 2017.
Get complex issue letter on 29th March 2017.
Yesterday we recived email form HO about office visit for today interview at 11.00am.

We applied as team. So both applicants interview at same time same place .
We runing business form home.
They came 10 minutes late. They are two officers.
They start interview both applicants in saprate room.
Interview finish in 2.15 hours.
All the questions same as other members posted.
And they take lots extra documents
As like

All Employee contracts
All employee Id prof
Employee latest payslips & FPS
latest tax payment prof
Lease agreement
Advertisements
Insurance
Last 3 months bank statements
All currrent clients contracts and last invoices for all clints

They ask for all documents to me and they not ask any document to my partner .

I update all question later,

And as per my view , all questions they ask and all documents they ask is related to you and your business. So if you know your business operations
Then nothing to worry.

And finally thanks to immigration board and members who post their experience, it's really help lots.

Were your employees present?

Good job sharing your experience.
It reiterates my conviction that the vast majority of T1E applicants would have nothing to worry about on these enhanced checks.
Yes, it is unfortunate and stress inducing but the feedback received so far should be reassuring for all genuine entrepreneurs.

employee work from Home & work Monday to Thursday. and my interview on Friday

job title
job role
what kind of work she do?
how you employ her?

They asked me similar documents but a little less for example they did not ask me for director loan agreement or bank statements transaction pages.

Were you able to provide them every document they asked?
Did they ask you to email or post any further documents?

And they did not take any pictures in my case

Did you ask them how long will it take after the interview?

I read one post where "minzzy" reported that the officer told him it will take upto 2/3 weeks.

But when I asked the same question to the officer she said she cannot tell that as that is upto the caseworker and they are only here to gather information and send it to caseworker.

They were compliance officers . 15 pages questionarrie. just gather inforamation , make report and send to caseworker
They have no idea when we will get answer

9 show clients and customer detail on pc . ( i had all in my diary )

It looks like all applicants who have home addresses are mostly likely to be interviewed.

Yes they are checking geniuine case...
I got mail last week with 2 days short notice visit .. i cancelled due to client meeting they asked documented proof of meeting ..
Yesterday i got mail they are visiting today at 10:30

Annual holidays
Sick leave
Pension
As they work from home or on clients premises so no safety procedures at office
28 days holidays per year
For monitiring after completion of thier work or task employees submmited us report

Other lady ask my business partner to open and show company email adress in interview but my interviewer just write down my company email id ..
