Post the exact wording/reason of the refusal (taking out personal details) instead of expecting members to search the reason you were refused.

(k) The Entry Clearance Officer must be satisfied that the applicant is a genuine student.

I advise you contact your Tier 4 sponsor. They will need to know about the refusal and they may be able to help you challenge it, depending on the specific reasons you were found to be not genuine.

Whether a different university will sponsor you for a Tier 4 visa is their decision, so you need to speak to them direct about that.

I had 3 years study gaps so they think im not a genuine student that's why they are not satisfied about my qualifications.
If I fill up my gaps by diploma course in the new apply although I didn't filled up before are they giving me visa or give again refuse?i

I had a gap of 3 years too after my undergraduate degree.
I worked for three years then applied for a visa to do my masters from UK. Alhamdulillah got the visa.

I have 10 years education gap. Completed my MS from UK in 2008 and applied again this year for MRes degree and I got visa, tough it was delayed for 2 months and I got 2nd interview as well.

Having a gap in your studies is not a problem in itself, either in academic or immigration terms. People return to studies after a gap for all kinds of reasons.

The issue is your credibility. If it does not seem logical or credible that you want to embark on full-time studies overseas at this point, that can be a problem for your application. The interview is your chance for them to ask about your plans, how they relate to your previous education and experience, and your future plans.
