BRP delivery serious delay! how to deal it?

20th of August, Croydon premium service, T2 5 years route to ILR, done, with a approval letter.
1st of September, 10working days passed, no BRP delivery. report to BRP management unit, waiting 5 working days. said technical issue. BRP delay.
(It is usual, but most people received the BRP in one month)
8th of September, report again
18th of September, report again.

until today, 27th of September, one month plus 10days passed, I still do not received the BRP
How to deal it? thanks.

some people dail DX 01604 496 798
some people apply FOI to push HO
some people write to BRP team but only receive automatic reply.
some people write to MP

but all above looks like not working. only waiting and waiting?
