Need help with documents for Visa tier 2 application

Hi guys,

I have an offer from an employer in Uk and I heard that I need to collect all of my previous employers' referrals letters.

I have worked for 3 employers in my career.

1. the first employer I worked for, we didn't sign the contract and they didn't pay the tax for me, so there is no tax record. But they provided me the reference letter, certificate of employment. All with letter head and company stamp.

2. the second employer had been dissolved. But I do have the contract and the tax record

3. I have all documents needed from my recent employer

Do I need to submit the reference letters and what should I do?

which employers are these? UK Employers?
Where are u applying from? within uk or outside uk.

Wherever u are applying from, these docs are not required for visa purposes.
You may have to submit some reference docs to your employer for them to believe in what you are saying (work wise), which is also known as work references. For visa purposes, nothing like this is required.

I'm applying from Vietnam.

And I can get the reference letters but without tax documents and contracts.

Idk whether it's ok to submit those information.
