Netherlands employment visa

Hi,

I don't know if here is the right place to ask this question but I'm so confused, so any help with my question will be great.
so here is my question :
I currently have a job offer from a company inside Netherlands and everything is going well. The thing is I dropped out of university so I don't have any technical degree. I know some countries require a technical degree like university degree for employment VISA. I told this to the company members and they said they don't think there is a problem. but I want to make sure. If you could just give me an non-confusing answer it'll be great.
