wife spouse visa to ILR/BRITSH

Hello all,
I don't know if this question been answered or if I am in the right forum before but I couldn't find any subject and hence making this new topic.
I have just received my First Passport after successful Naturalization application. the question is regarding my wife, who came here on spouse visa when I had ILR, now that I got my British Passport does she still have to wait for 5 years of her spouse visa before she apply for ILR or she can apply after Spending 3 years on my Spouse Visa.

any advice will be appreciated.
