You are required to prove and show evidence of meeting the financial requirement of £18,600pa with genuine employment.

I know but would I still be able to carry on studying whilst working to apply for spouse visa?

You can do so if you wish to, provided you have genuine employment earning the required salary for a minimum of 6 months to sponsor your husband.

Part time work however very rarely pays the required £1,550 per month.

Would a family member be able to help me sponsor my husband? Say if they are working also and live under the same address. Are they able to help?
