work holiday visa - 6 month employment restriction

Hey guys
Im about to move to ireland to live and work for a year

on my visa there is a restriction that I can only work contract/casual roles (not perm full-time) and cant work for one company for more than 6 months

do they actually police this or is it more a guideline? In my line of work there are lots of permanent roles and not many contracts
