plzzz need help !!!

hello and thank you for reading this , first of all am algerian and my wife is finnish working in the UK she has ILR we want to move to the US she can get a job offer there ,
the question is , how can we do that and what visa route can we take ??
will i be eligible ? and how long is the processing time for that ??

If she was to move to the USA she would lose her ILR. The only way she could keep her permanent right to live in the UK after leaving to work in the US, is by applying for UK citizenship, which she can do on ILR.

And she needs to have lived and been resident in the UK for 5 years to apply for citizenship.
