Premium Appointment Question

Premium Appointment Question

Hello all, just had a quick question. If you are approved at the premium appointment, do they give you anything confirming this? Essentially I am going to need something from them saying that I have the right to stay in the country for more than 6 months, as soon as possible. As always any help is greatly appreciated.

After a premium appointment (you mean in-country application, don't you?), you should get a letter about your visa extension and the actual visa is delivered as BRP later.

Thank you very much, yes I do mean in country. So the letter is given to you that day? Just wish to confirm.

The letter won't state exactly what your visa duration is or anything. It standard email all premium applicants get to say that the BRP will be delivered within 7-10 days and doesn't contain any visa specific information.

Thanks for the quick response. One more quick question, for FLR(M) the sponsoring spouse should attend the appointment as well, is this correct?

Correct. If they are unable to attend they would have to provide a letter explaining the reason for their absence.
(Casa, not CR001)
