not sure in your case but let's say if someone else has used the Check & Send service/or applied by post that time the below link could be useful..

Correct, but end of the end it is still a beta service, so it is really hard to tell if it is better or worse! Hang in there mate I also applied in may the 19th and still waiting. last week sent original passports and finger crossed next week might get response.

Application submitted 6-6-17 biometrics 12-7-17, everything is crossed, payment taken 19-06-10 May God grace us all
