Really sad to hear that you wait for the appeal 1 year i cant wait even a month if its took long like yours i will not appeal.

Second if i appeal can i travel to any other country for visit or job like UAE.Oman etc..if u have any information please share here. Thanks

Hello Baig,

Sry to hear about it.

My suggestion is get a Immigration lawyer involved. He will word the appeal in a correct manner with all the clauses etc etc.
It wud cost, but will work for you.

Dont try doing it yourself as its very complicated and they will find some other reason the next time.

Coincidence or not, the permit was opened the day after my MP harassed the HO for the second time.
Btw they managed to misspell my last name in my wife's permit, I hope that's nothing. And also the mention is "To accompany" rather than "To join" - hope that won't create any troubles for when she'd travel alone.

Could somebody send me a link how to find MP? What I have found based on our postal code is MP Teresa May.... is if possible that a prime minister can be also a MP?

Please, can you share your refusal letter? We may help you; as your refusal reason 'photos not historic' has no legal standing as per EEA law.

Hi beg so sorry to hear that. So it took 7 month to them to check photos are historic or not.these were the check they were doing? terrible people for them no importance of married couple. I am worried what will happen almost 7 months.

Hi everybody,
Want to share my last news... Today my husband contacted the MP( by the way MP for our location is Theresa May), so he has spoken with her assistant... She contacted the HO and the processing time for EEA family permit is 6 months by law and if the case is not straightforward it can take even more, literally NOTHING can be done in order to escalate the case before 6 months pass, so all that escalations are waste of time and money, not Solvit not any complaints can help unless 6 months pass. MP can do something only after 6 months pass.

To you they told 6 months for EEA family permit and to me they have said no service standard.
Mp replied to us this.

Thank you for your e-mail. We are sorry to hear that this issue is still outstanding for you and your husband.

We have now spoken with the Home Office. They have said that with this type of application there is no service standard for completion.

Your husband has been advised that his application in complex in nature and that further checks are having to be made. We don’t have any further information for you at this time.

You cant leave uk when you appeal or apply.because thy will find new reason for objection.
Your presence is necessary.please check HO web for more information.
You can submit
1 your pasport copy
2 sponsor
3 marriage certificate attested by foriegn afr
4 marriage pictures and others pictures parks hoteling etc
5 family certificate
6 when you visit to your wife in out stamps copy
7 money transfer reciepts that u sent to her
8 call and chat record fb whatsaap etc
9 covering letter in which you should explain your marriage story
10 house contract in uk
11 house councel pain tax slips ( if you have)
12 your job contract letter
13 pay slips
14 bank statement
15 marriage certificate urdu attached with english translation both are attested by frng afr

"With regards to your enquiry , EEA permit is a non settlement visa."

So the time for processing is not supposed to be as for Settlement applications!

Today still waiting 114 working days Applied from Madrid, Spain. 26-5-2017

I had to call my lawyer to send a message, my husband and me, we are already living with my parents in their house around 1 year, without work and living with €400 that enters my house for 5 people. The doctor has diagnosed me with severe depression and I am attending a psychiatric cause me injury due to anxiety and depression. If Visa is denied to me I don't know what should do with myself. I hope guys you are more strong than me.
