How long for home office to appeal FTT decision

Hello. Am new here and I hope am using the right topic for my post.
The FTT allowed my appeal on human right section 8 (?). That was on the 19th of October.
1) How long does the home office have to appear the FTT decision?
2) if not, how long does it take before they can grant me my leave to remain?
