Hi hyider

Did actually your application was refused or rejected?

I was always wondering too, if first application got refused for one reason, can second one be refused with different reason...
Thanks
It wAs rejected like mine with my application case worker given reason my sponsor didn't sign declaration. It's stupidity

It is rejected.just wondering if they have gone through all of the documentation I submitted for ror or just they spent 2 months on checking passport?becos my ex spouse is relatively on good terms with me and she could even provide me with more of her current pay slips if would ask for,so my point is should I include more proofs of treaty rights or just send them the same documents again with renewed passport covering letters and old passport which is still valid.just looking concrete answer😂😂 don’t really want to mess with home office again, terrible.

Update on my case

Second Application PR alternative RC (ROR)
Submitted 12/10/17
Received 16/10/17
Biometrics 30/10/17 Dated 25/10/17
COA 13/11/17 Dated 02/11/17
Btw got 2 identical COA

my solicitors company got intervened by SRA and they got close 02/11/17

Will be much appreciated if anyone give me advice: should I let Home Office know about the matter, should I just wait for decision or should I only update (online) my representatives address to my home address...?

Thanks

Hi Adikayani

You don't need her to sign , just tick the other and put divorced there on the eea fm form, also tick the box there that you are not providing ex spouse photograph , where they ask for photograph.
btw this is timeline thread
