720 (b) paragraph

I recently applied for a standard uk visitor visa togeher with my kids without answering the section that states "have you ever been known by any other name?". I mistook the question to mean if I had ever had older passports using other names or aliases. Please, can anyone tell me what will be the likely outcome of my application? Thanks!
