visa4uk online application mistake

Hello everyone

Can anyone please help or suggest me about a mistake made on the online form of Tier 1 dependent application. The form has been submitted. I know I cannot edit it anymore. But the name of the applicant is entered in the wrong format. First Name and Sir Name has gone wrong.

As I am unable to edit the online form and all the fee and everything has been paid and submitted.

What will be the best solution?

* A correction letter
* Can we change it on the printed application and put a initial in front of the change.

Apologies, for posting here... its quite urgent as appointment is not far... any suggestions please?

change it on the printed form , i did the same mistake sur name instead of 1st name and vice versa

just change it on printed form and sign it
