Congratulations Yunas, off from frustration of waiting. Happy for you mate. What do you mean by receiving email every 16th? And when you were checking online before 19th, was anything information there?

Thank you, I still can’t feel it honestly it’s like dream after all the pain i have had.

HO kept sending me emails every month on 16th that my application is in process and might take 6 months to complete. So I believe these emails are just auto generated as on 16th they approved my application.

I checked my status on 16th and 17th but it was Awaiting for Decision.

Note:
Applied on the bases of two companies
Sent only European cards for employees hired from
EU.

Regards,
Yunas

Why not simply search the users post instead of a duplicate of everything the OP has already posted

Dear Hassan,

Yes Tier 1 Entrp.
Applied with 3 dependants.
If you follow my previous post you will be able to see few questions I asked though my documents are same as mentioned on forum, I just make a note of these and completed all, one extra effort I did for investment and employees that is to put down every detail in excel sheet with nice layout mentioning all the page numbers.
Also I applied without any solicitor help.

Documents for Extension
*** LIFE IN UK
20 Points: £50,000 invested into a business in the UK

• One Company account for 2016/2017 which contains accountant compilation report and name of the accountant
• Directors loan agreement dated 2014 when i transferred the money(2 pages)
• Print out of Business bank account with original bank stamp showing transaction from me. (2 pages) Document was put in a transparent cover and labeled ‘’£50k transfer into the business from my name)
• Copy of accountant ACCA certificate of practice and membership of ACCA (1 page each)

20 Points: Registered with as a director within 6months of initial leave to remain
• Company house appointment report with filling history ( 4 pages)

15 Points: Engaged in business activity at the time of application
• Company house appointment report with filling history ( 4 pages)

20 Points: Created 2 new full-time jobs for persons settled in the UK

• Payslip for 3 employee
• FPS for 3 employee
• Copies of passport copies of 3 British employees ( labelled and inside a transparent jacket)
• Letter from accountant confirming jobs (1 page) ( This might not be necessary)

All three employees work minimum 30 hours per week and all work for more than 12month stretch. So 3 full jobs created in total and 2 were still with me at time of application

10 Points English Language:
• Original degree certificate from university (1 page)

10 Points Maintenance:
• Original bank statement. (1 page) I kept the money in a separate account which i wasnt using and did a transaction on the last date of account. This means case worker does not have to scroll through several document for maintainance. Just 1 page showing 4 month date with about 5 transactions in total

Non-point scoring

Hi Yunas,

You had 3 employees and accelerated ILR. Based on £5m revenue?

First well done (especially when some here stop their business the moment the get ILR. Clearly were never serious...) Care to share details of ur business for the forums learning. We don't get many accelerated ILRs

No, As mentioned in my previous post that all the required documents thing is just copy pasted from this forum and I almost used the same for my application.

I have had 10+ employees.

I gave much blood to establish this business, still no off from office.
