Work Visa in USA

I want anybody with experience to enlighten me about Work Visa in USA

My dad is a citizen of the United State and he owns a registered functioning company in New York, he don't want me to apply for an Immigrant Visa because it takes to long process

I am a married man and my dad want to grant me an employment and i want to apply through an H1(employment visa), me and my wife

I need somebody that can help me to throw more light into this
