Vignette transfer

Pls can you provide me a link to fill for 30 day vignette transfer sticker as my husband has got a spousal visa to travel to Uk but the 30 days visa has expired by the time he received his passport from the british high commission in Ghana .I have tried unsuccessfully to download the ECB17.3 forms .please can i receive a link through my e-mail.

You apply online for it in the same way as you do for a visa.

Wondering is it same process again as a new application to change vignette?
What about time and fee??
Same fee again?

Same fee again?
It is NOT a whole new application. You are only apply for a new 30 day visa vignette, costs £168.
