Join Spouse Visa Irish National

Dear All
My query in relation to spouse visa for Irish national.
An application for join spouse visa has been submitted by my friend's spouse almost 15 months ago to Irish embassy in New Delhi with all the relevant documents.There has been no response so far.Few emails were shot but to no avail.Can anybody share their experience?any inputs or suggestions.

I applied for a join spouse visa a couple of years ago and got it within 3 months. My husband is irish but is not living and working in Ireland.

Hiii.
I'm an Irish but My husband is Non EEA national. I'm currently working in Middle East? How can I apply for Spouse Visa for Him?

Hi,
Could you please tell me how you got the spouse visa. I also got the irish passport and I don't know how to apply for my Non EEA spouse. I'm currently working in middle east. Can I apply from here?

Did u apply via Indian embassy office?

you apply visa in the country you are a residence.
