There are no right answers to whether you need to add contracts or not. Contracts are not required documents under the immigration rules.

I can provide the communication and email between us. But I don’t want to provide contract again as I don’t wanna they ask me any information regarding the dormant company. And the original contract is in their hand, can I just say I don’t have contract for them in my hand if they asked.

They asked me have you been working take employment basis in addition to your business?
I provided the business name during my PSW visa.

How can I proof I am no longer work for that company?

No I don’t have. They paid me by cheque. I don’t think they pay tax for me.

My AR is successful!

My suggestion is do not post any additional documents when you submit

When you require to attend interview, please send all the documents which you think they cannot believe u, it will help your AR.

congrats. happy for you. I personally think you will win the AR anyway, as 60k turnover is a solid evidence to prove business activities.

Just curious, HO challenged you were not a genuine entrepreneur because you do business with a dormant company. Could you share your experience, how to explain this in AR?thx

After interview, I post communication between us and one of the business email. Also the dormant company only contribute £1500 sales for me. My barrister claim that’s their working error : first not consider all evidence I submitted as I also submit d the other conpany’s Invoices; second I am not the tax man as I have proof their employees’s name and contact information and invoice

I’d like share some experience who has the same issue with me that refused by interview

1. If you misheard the question, that’s their working error, they should repeat question rather than get conclusion you cannot answer

2. Do not post any addition documents before your interview but once you request to attend interview, please find out which part they cannot believe you and send relevant documents after interview. All documents they receive before your decision, they should verify if not that’s their working error

3. If you are invest a business and refused by interview, please find a professional barrister dear the grounds for you. Their logical and grounds is really more than your exception
