You don't need her to sign , just tick the other and put divorced there on the eea fm form, also tick the box there that you are not providing ex spouse photograph , where they ask for photograph.

Btw got 2 identical COA

my solicitors company got intervened by SRA and they got close 02/11/17


Update:::
Documents, passport and letter confirming PR Dated 28/12/17 received on 30/12/17
PR card dated 28/12/17 received on 02/01/18

1st application RC was refused, cos I did not provide my ex ID...
In second application I inclose sertified copy of her ID with her letter stating why she is not willing to give me ID...

Invoices, tax return, insurance contributions and some bills, BT, credit card, council bill

Well I have a question .rang my lawyer this morning and they said they haven't got any post from HO but few ppl who applied after me received documents from HO and now I'm getting worried.

Lol I don't know why they taking so long..last time they took 3 n half months but refused it bcoz of EX ID..I don't think they working on queue system bcoz few ppl who applied after me got their documents back.....
