Hi Adikayani

You don't need her to sign , just tick the other and put divorced there on the eea fm form, also tick the box there that you are not providing ex spouse photograph , where they ask for photograph.
btw this is timeline thread
Hey Rza thx to your replay but still confused cuz if u send your ex original idd it’s mean she help u and u must fill section 2 but on other hand about u said (If you cannot provide a photograph of your sponsor because they have died, left the UK, or you’re unable to contact them, tick the box opposite) and then no photo ?

It is rejected.just wondering if they have gone through all of the documentation I submitted for ror or just they spent 2 months on checking passport?becos my ex spouse is relatively on good terms with me and she could even provide me with more of her current pay slips if would ask for,so my point is should I include more proofs of treaty rights or just send them the same documents again with renewed passport covering letters and old passport which is still valid.just looking concrete answer😂😂 don’t really want to mess with home office again, terrible.
Remember to attach rejected letter with new application and explain why they rejected this.

Hi
1st thing how can your company refuse to give you Employment letter ?

I personaly think If you send your Payslips and bank statement along your wife's document ( Id and payslips during divorce time) you should be fine. And ofcourse Other documents too.

Good luck anyway
