It should be OK. The required documents are very clear on SET(O). Good Luck

Hi,

If you are applying with spouse, then you would need co-habitation documents as well.

Hi everyone
Can someone Please help me how to combine above mentioned jobs in form to show I have created two full time jobs or it is not necessary for pre April 2014 applicants as they only need to create 24 month of full time employment.

Pre-2014 you only need 24 months (104 weeks) of FT equivalent.

Thanks for quick reply, so I can fill all employees separately & I don't need to combine any job?

Pre or Post 2014, the rules on the part-time jobs are the same - you need to combine them.

But pre-2014, it is quite confusing on how you combine them logically.

The best is to put in all three PT employees as separate jobs (job 1, 2 & 3) and in Job 1, indicate the other jobs combined are 2 & 3 and so on.

Hi Marcnath
I was thinking to combine all three part jobs together but then I thought if case worker only accepted 30hours per week from these three part time jobs then I will be short of 24 months of full time employment.
If I leave job no 1 separate 12 months part time, will case worker consider it 6 month of full time job & then I can combine job 2 & 3 together is ok to do this way.

Split Employee 1 to two jobs - 6 months each and show them as combining to 1 FT
Similarly show the Job 2 and 3 and show them as combined.

There are two columns
Start Date with your business - This will be the same in Job 1 and Job 2
Start date - This can be six months later for Job 2

Thanks Marcnath actually I was filling online form & there was no option like this then I decided to fill offline form & already done it this way..thanks alot
I have one more question for you, I have one more employee who was working before Job no 4 but he only got his National ID card if I send his documents with his ID card then Job no 4 will be full time for 12 months becuase of your previous post I was thinking that case worker will not accept his ID card as prove of his nationality but I rang home office twice in last few days & they said that ID card is acceptable document, even if case worker don't accept it I'm fulfilling the 24 months of full time requirement, what you will recommend shall I send his documents or not?

In your case, I think it is better to send it in and of course fill the Job table also. Because of the small question whether a 12 month PT can be treated as 6 month FT, sending these documents in advance will help be a back up.
Also, in case of any unfortunate rejection, the documents would already be there for any AR purposes.

I would not combine employee D&E as they overlap in time.

Remember immigration rules specifies Jobs, not employees. And the maximum HO will take into account for 1 job is 30 hrs/week.

So, if 1 Job has two FT employees working at the same time, as per immigration rules it should only count as 1 Job, not two as the maximum is 30 hrs/week for a job.

Again, I think HO is quite flexible with pre-April 2014 applicants, so it may not matter. But it gives them an excuse if they need one.

I think that is fine if they consider it 1 Job because when emplyee D left he was working 130hours per month & he worked 9 months when he left the job emplyee E joined in the same Job & he is working 130hours per month total 3 months until 31/01/2018 both together making it 12 months of full time Job.
But even if you think this is not a good idea then I can put them separately.

If they are one after the other, then that is fine. It is better to have them in one job. I possibly mixed up the employee and their dates.
