Tier 1 50k Team ext Approved after 10 months

By the grace of Allah our team extension has been approved after 10 months.

Both members interviewed separately by HO.

Additional documents requested after interview and received approval on Dec 28th.

So a ray of hope for all applicants waiting.

Only one advice is to follow guidance and keep paperwork tidy and to the point instead of making it difficult for caseworker.

Applied feb 2017
Complex letter March 2017
Office interview september2017 one team member
november 2017 second team member interview at VFS office
Asked to send additional documents after 2nd interview
received approval in december

Business was in loss in 1st year and in profit in 2nd and third year

Accountancy and management consultancy business

Can you tell us what documents you provided , specially Business bank statements , did you full all year bs or just selected investment transactions?

All documents were which ha e been discussed again and again on this forum.
I will update all list as well later on.
Regarding bank statements it was just investment transactions showing transfer from my personal account.
I also attached my personal statements showing that transfers to business account.

Do i still get IHS refund ?

Just wondering if anyone can clarify if i still get partial IHS refund as my visa was approved after waiting 10 months .
I have received brp card and documengs but no partial refund as yet.

You have to get your IHS refund. Keep chasing. They should also be paying you interest if it delays much more.

@marcnath its been more than 6 weeks since my visa was approved, but I have not received any IHS refund as yet.
My team member has received his refund couple of weeks back.

I rang UKVI and they asked me to send a letter to their sheffield address, which I have already done.

Just wondering if I need to do any other thing or just keep waiting for their reply.

They did not ask for one.
They just wanted to know work carried out in last financial year.
So i just sent invoices alongwith bank statements showing deposit of them invoices.

Please WAIT to get back the refund. We cannot help you on this

Just to let all members know I received IHS refund after almost 10 weeks of visa approval, after contacting UKVI by post to process my refund.

So anybody waiting for IHS refund could try sending them a letter by post on their Sheffield office.
