Post by hunpak » Tue Jan 02, 2018 2:55 pm

Hi,

if an EU national has a PR and not working does that mean they are exercising their treaty rights?

we need to make an EEA (FM) application however due to looking after my toddler son i am not able to work but i would like to call my noneea mother in law over to uk.

Thanks

People holding PR are not subject to immigration controls so it does not matter if they work or not.
