Maternity Exemption Certificate

Hi All,

I have some doubt in my mind kindly help me in that. I am British citizen my wife is on a dependent visa she is pregnant her visa clearly says no source to public funds. But my pharmacist says we are eligible for any free prescription up to next nine months i just want to confirm by claiming this maternity exemption are we claiming any benefits because it will then later affect her visa extension kindly shed some light i will be thankful to all.

It is NOT public funds. She can get it.
