ILR for EEA family member/spouse

Hello,
I'm married to a EEA national living in the UK. I arrived to the UK 5 years ago with a Tier 2 visa. After 3 years I applied for a UK residence card as a EEA family member/spouse after one and a half years of being married to my partner. Could you advice if I would be eligible now to apply for permanent residency (ILR) in the UK?
