Arrested without any court or charges

Hello my name is Alessandro,
my nationality is Italian, I have been living in England for 16 years. I have a permanent resident card, and getting ready for my British Citizenship.

In June 2016, I was a victim of a Hate Crime. Some one was shouting at me ratial abuse. This ended in a heated discussion with this person. The police came, and even though I was the victim, I got arrested.

At the end, me and the person that was shouting facial abuse at me, agreed to have an amicable solution.
No one went to court, no one was charged with anything, it is all over.

The Status of my arrest is "No Further Action Required"

Now Can someone tell me please, can I apply for British Citizenship? Is this arrest going to affect my application for british citizenship?
