How come your RLMT has not been successful from August. What are your points? Minimum points were 21 till November.

I scored 30- which is quite low for this month and January, but we did not even receive a response to the November application so I'm not sure why we got rejected.

I've gotten 1 rejection for December because of high demand, and no response for other months. I'm just concerned that this means I'm now too late because of RLMT expiry.
Are you 100% sure your employer submitted your application for the August-November rounds? That’s the only thing I can think of for not getting any response at all for consecutive months.

That or perhaps they informed your employer that they were declined for incorrect details but your employer didn’t notify you?

Hi guys! I wish everyone good luck! I as well still didn’t get any news.
How would you calculate the points? 20 is RLMT and extra points for salary? And no other considerations to score extra points?
I hope this time there will be enough space for everyone

Gaurav,

Do you know if your RCOS is allocated under "out of monthly allocation" or just normal
This information will be on the email that your employer get from HO when they notify RCOS approval if the email does not mention about "out of monthly allocation", that means its approved in normal quota

The reason I am asking this, that information will be very key and raise hopes for everyone who is waiting for their turn

I’m assuming it’s okay if HR submit a salary range rather than one specific figure for your application as this is how most positions in any industry are advertised?

I’ve been assuming HO would just take the lowest figure on the salary range given to assess, allocate points, etc. but after reading a few posts on here about how specific and accurate applications need to be in a tad worried mine will automatically be rejected for not inputing one specific salary figure for the application. I know that when applying for my RCoS my employer gave them the salary range as was on the job description because they sent me some forms to complete and that’s what was on it.

HO guidance says that indicative salary range is acceptable and as long as the salary offered is with in the range advertised, it should not be a problem.

Guys
I am out of January race, although I've got 50 points my documentation needs some corrections. So my luck will be tested in Feb
I wish you all good luck

Can someone confirm if my RLMT (conducted in November, December) is valid till Feb,March?

Thanks

Hi Ashish,

With in 6 months from date of job advt, cos should be allocated. So I guess Nov/Dec ads should be valid at least till April.

Did you get any update from HO asking for additional documents? Any idea what kind of documents were requested?

I am yet to hear from my sponsor and a bit anxious

An advert once a posted is valid for 6 month to request for RCOS

What happened in your case? Has HO came back asking for corrections ?
