Sponsor's Duty

Hi,
I am the only tier2 (g) migrant in the company and the company has less than 20 employees. Tier2 (g) license of the company will need to renew in 1 month time. Before the renewal application i have a confusion about sponsor's duty.
At the time of 1st tier2 (g) license grant company had to mention how many employees were working in the company. Over the years few colleagues have left the company and few new colleagues joined. And also total number of employees slightly reduced. But none of them are in Tier2 (g) visa except only me.

My question is do the sponsor needs to update in the Tier2 (g) license SMS portal about the correct number of employees working at this moment?
