Thank you very much, this makes a lot more sense than the other post, where the points didn't go up based on salary but were random.

Hi Vinijegan, thank you for your help, but where those dots are is where my salary falls into, therefore I am not sure what my points are?
Hi @VBid, May I know have you applied in December month as well and got a Refusal ?

Can you tell us, when did your employer applied for RCOS in January month and when did you hear the Refusal decision ?

Kindly post the official weblink when you are posting relevant information from the internet. As you got this 'image' from a third party solicitor, do not post the official link.

You should only post information and links from official HO sources.

Got it, But how can I remove/edit the old post? Thanks

@Everyone, this is another example where he applied only in Jan and got refusal

So far we haven't seen someone who applied and got refusal in both months

I am an employer and we just had a restricted CoS refused. Salary £30k, RMLT passed, making a total of 30 points.

Here is the message:

"Thank you for your recent application for restricted CoS. Your application has been refused, as it did not meet the minimum points score for the allocation of a restricted CoS on the above decision date.

This application will not be submitted for consideration at the next monthly allocation of restricted CoS."

Disappointing.... this means everyone below 50 would be getting the message very sooner

I just heard back from HR. My application was refused in Dec as well as this month.

Got response below.
"Thank you for your recent application for restricted CoS. Your application has been refused, as it did not meet the minimum points score for the allocation of a restricted CoS on the above decision date. "

I had 38 points :(

I think this has already been covered, but had a refusal in December and January (email late this morning) @ 30 points

Guess I'll see most of you again in February! :?

Curious to know if anyone with salary of around 30k or below with RLMT got 'rejected' (not 'refused')?

I was refused with 45 points. I'll try again next month, but both February and March will be tough with only 1000 certificates available each month. This backlog probably won't resolve itself until April.

I think February is 1500 and March is 1000. This is what i saw from UK gov website for last year.

Thanks
