Approval After Almost 11 Months.

Timeline.

Applied for extension 50 k route along with dependant

28th Feb 2017
Biometric in March 2017
Complex Letter End of March 2017
Interview - 19th October.
Missed my bro dx courier so called Ukvi customer support for checking and they referred my case and luckily had a prompt response email saying parcel was dispatched on 15th Jan Monday and while I was updating posts I now have my passports and documents along with the approval letter today.
BRP is rescheduled to be delivered tomorrow.
IHS refund not received yet.

Business - Operating from residence and meetings booked at Regis. Management Consultancy. All 3 years minimum profit. Smooth Interview Just took forever for the approval to come thru

Congratulations bro, I will apply before 5th of Feb 2018 for tier 1 hs Enterprenuer VISA extension. Could you please post the list of documents you attached earlier with your extension application.i am also through 50 k route. Kind Regards, Sarmad

Congrats. Could you plz tell me if you contact your MP or write a letter to them?
I am waiting over 17 months now! And contacted twice with the MP. Today they told me HO gonna respond to them in 6 weeks!!!!!

his package got posted on 15th and he received passports and other documents today but missed DX delivery ( with BRP card) which is going to receive tomorrow. how did u know that yours was posted on 15th as well??

I called HO today and they said to me that my decision has been made and posted to me on 15th which can take up to 10 days to be received.

Hello Everyone. Thanks for you wishes.

To answer the questions.

The interview was conducted at my residence which is my registered company address but I do have a separate office room in the house.

The list of documents can be found in my earlier posts or from others who have listed its pretty much the same. Mind you the application was made last year so do not have it fresh in my head.

In the meanwhile I also had contacted MP that was before my interview and response was standard its complex so will take time. After interview I tried to write to MP twice with only response reached yesterday via letter that they have asked again for the reasons for delay and I have responded to them that I now have my visa approved. As I don't have my BRP yet not sure what date its started from but my approval letter along with the docs sent says 15th Jan it was approved. I shall have my BRP delivered today at some point.

Please let me know if I can be of any help to anyone who is looking to get their query asked. This obviously does not make me a professional or perfect answer go to person.

Got the BRP too. The date is the same as approval. 15/01/17

Now waiting for IHS refund.

Congratulations for your success am also same kind of situation as ayaaya. I received my partial refund on 16/01/18. I called ukvi and they informed me your decision is been made on 8th of January and it will take 10 working days to deliver you.
