After 2 Level 7

Hello Every one

Can any one please suggest me ,my wife has completed 2 level 7 in Uk and she hasn’t got enough percentage to go for level 8!

At present I’m on Tier 4 dependant and I stayed in this country for 7 years,we had a baby of 14 months old and having Indian passport .

I need to stay for 3 more years to get ILR,and my visa is running out in a week time,please suggest me ?

It appears that neither you nor your wife are eligible to make a Tier 4 application. I advise you repost in the ILR forum.
