Decision posted by UKVI but no received yet

Dear all,

I was informed by UKVI contact centre over the phone that my decision was posted to me on 15th Jan but I haven't received any post yet nor IHS refund.

I contacted them but they advised that I have to wait 10 working days but I believe that post have lost or something else.

Can you please suggest what should I do?

what is this? can you mention when did you apply?

I also been informed same decision is been made on 8th January I received IHS refund 16th and the guy told me I should receive my file back in 10 working days which finish on 22nd yesterday I called on customer service they replied application is still under process and they are unable to give any time frame on this stage. Even they sent me same wording in email as well. Really confused.

I have same scenario as well. I received my partial IHS refund last week but no news since then.

I think they don’t have paper to print out

IHS PArtial Refund means nothing, I have seen many cases who has been called for an interview after refund, Anyway hope for the best .

....but when you call the ukvi number pasted above, they do not tell you anything....they only ask for your details to be sent to the case worker who will email you within 3-5 working days....

Or maybe I should ask...what exactly do you say to the call centre workers to make them divulge the information?

I call UKVI about my Entrepreneur Tier 1 visa extension process query. And they give me reference number and said wait 5 working day anyone will contact you...

They send me am email

It is very general email.

Now,you can call and ask them for status after one month(not before that).

New process started.

UKVI is torching applicant.

Official communication is via post.

Hello guys, I called UBVI today that it's been 10 days and I have not received my file and they refused to accept that they told me that my decision is made. They took details from me and standard email came that my application is in process.

What a blunder these people doing, I was told by 3 different times that my decision is posted to me

Alpha 347 they did exactly same with me first they said you will get your file in 10 working days and now they said application is still under process and they can’t give any time scale

Over the phone, confirmed by 3 different agents. Even one of agent said that notes on my account says that I already been told this.

A person I know rang to Ukvi and ukvi got all details from him, after an hour he received an email that his application is in process. Exactly next day he received the BRP and decision was made 2 days before the call.
He got approval after 18 months.

No news mate.
Many people got ihs partial refund.

That's what they do whoever calls them.
A generic email will arrive in a bit.
