UK tier 4 visa refused under 320 7a (Agent made mistake in application)

I applied for UK Tier 4 visa in 2017 December. All the information in my application was correct except one question ( Have you ever been convicted of any criminal offence in the UK or any country? ) this question should yes but the agent who prepare my application did not ask this from me.i did no want to hide this since the agent did not ask me the question. i was in a hurry and i did not check the application and i got refused under 320 7a and 245zv. now my agent would like to give me a letter regarding mistake he made.

i want to know how can i prove this is honest mistake. i did not want to hide anything. my offence also a small offence.

please help to solve this problem.

thank you. is it posible to apply a review with more documents to prove my mistake and i am not aware of it and i had no intend to hide it ?
