Hi all,

I have entered the UK on a family permit.

I am a Non-EEA national married to an EEA husband who already obtained UK permanent residency

My application: Single application
Application sent by post: 03/01/18
Payment taken: 05/01/18
Confirmation email: 08/01/18
Biometric letter dated: 09/01/18
Biometric letter received: 11/01/18
Biometric details submitted: 11/01/18
COA received: not yet

Given they already processed all my information to process the EEA Family permit, does this speed things up?

Though this is only for timeline I want to say a big thanks to everyone especially the moderators. I've learnt so much and believe I've submitted a thorough application because of the information received.

20.01.2018: I received my complete application (form and documents) with a letter reporting that my application has been rejected due to passport photos being older than 6 months

Yes I'm disappointed, but I'm not loosing hope. Back to the drawing board I go

. I'll send everything back with new photos before the end of the month and update as and when I receive new info.

Also Received a Letter Stating Confirmation of PR Date.Which is the Date of Marriage (29 Sep ) Encouraging to Apply for Citizenship.

I supplied My Ex's ID and PR Card and My Employment Letter and Payslips from the Date of Divorce until Application with Other supporting Documents.
