ILR application date

Hello Respected senior members
i need some advice for following:

I got tier 1 entrepreneur (200000) from overseas in November 2013,
visa granted 3 year and 4 months expired 10 march 2017.
applied extension 2 days before and Received approval, in November 13 2017 till 13 nov 2019

Travel History for myself.
visa issued 10/11/13
first entry 07/02/14

OUT IN DAYS OUT

20-02-14 20-04-14 58 (from visa issued date)
12-06-14 01-07-14 18
21-12-14 26-12-14 4
19-05-15 29-05-15 09
19-11-15 25-11-15 05
26-03-16 02-04-16 06
24-12-16 31-12-16 06
29-11-17 10-12-17 10
18-12-17 11-1-18 23

And my wife and kids got visa issued 27/11/13
And first entry in UK 01/07/14
Later out for 21/12/14-26/12/14 4 days
And last visit 18/12/17-11/01/18 23 days.

Please advise what is best date for ILR FOR ME and family, i read that can be apply 28 days before on completing 5 years, so in that case how will show after extension one year employment. currently i have 2 full time employee and one part time, since 2016.

2nd what is approx time for outcome of ilr. (because i got my extension in 8 months)

3rd in application i have to send all 5 years bank statement, payslip,rti fps, director loan agreement and proof on investment, un audited accounts.

If you meet the requirements, you can apply within 28 days from visa start date. Your dependents will have to apply within 28 days before 1 July 2019, the 5th anniversary of the date of entry.

It takes about the same time for ILR.

so if i apply 28 days before 14 october 2018, then how will i prove 2 employee for one year, because extension approved 13/11/17 and one year complete 13/11/18. please advice.

That is the earliest day you can apply but you also need at least 104 weeks of full time employment after 13 Nov 2017 to apply. So you need to delay it little longer

Please check my absence. It is ok ?
As my first entry after approx 3 months.

So should I apply exectly 28 days before 5 years or little delay, so coverup the beging absence.

2nd question. My wife and dependents got visa 23/11/13 and first entry after 7 months and 7days on 01/07/14. As extension received after near 9 months till expire BRP 13/11/19. So what is
Option for partner and dependents to apply ILR.


3rd. If my absence is fine so I can apply 28 days before. Then can I add some month employee pay period, before extension granted to coverup 12 month employment.
