T1 50000 EXT QUERY

Hi everyone

I am applying for extension in may 2017.

My query is in regards to the RTI/FPS as my accountant denied giving me the submission report for every month which has the following information.

1.Submission - RTI/FPS for month__
2.Company - XYZ
3.IRmark - ________________
4.Correlation ID - _________
5.Date submitted - ________
6.Status - ________
7.Status - Success
8.Response received- date & time

kindly advise as this document is required as per my solicitor.

It does not contain the required data, such as tax, NI, names, start date,
so, it is useless.
HO does not want to see when did you submit it, or how, which software,.. if you send it and if they see it first they think that you forgot the FPS, and a problem may happen.
Send FPS, with data.

You need the FPS reports, not the RTI submission logs. Ask your accountant for FPS REPORTS

As you mentioned that you submit 02 employees details and required docs. Is that because you have 02 employee or you just submit for 2 not for other employee.

Please don't mind bcz I have some confusion.

Two employees

Hi all

I have transferred £50000 funds from my personal bank a/c to business bank a/c in 4 transactions. I am holding both personal and business bank a/c with same bank.

04 different amount transaction shows different status in my business a/c., like one show my name and other shows my personal account number.

Do I need 02 different letter from bank ??

1. confirming sole signatory and business is actively trading since...(I know its not mandatory doc)

2. Showing all 4 transactions mentioning its been transfer from personal a/c number (my name) to my business a/c

or should i get these 2 above information in 1 letter.

please suggest..

There two requirement which need be satisfied:
1) Showing you have UK business bank account
2) Showing Director's loan money came from you to your business bank account
If you are going to send bank statements then there is no need for any letter at all.

Good morning everyone

I need suggestion in regards to the business bank statements.

Should I send the business bank statement of a particular date when the investment amount has credited in the business a/c.
If I send this then it will be on 4 different pages.

Or

Should I send monthly statement for a particular month.

Please suggest.

Just last thing mine is 4 different month and year transactions and accordingly it will be 4 different pages I hope it's fine.

Secondly should I send latest 3 months bank statement or not..is this mandatory?

Hi all

My query is in regards to the P11 working sheet one of employee was on £400 approx salary PART TIME as he was under 20 year. I ask my accountant for the P11 and it came as blank.
Explanation below.

They said p11 has got 2 things one is NIC and other is tax sheet.
And one of the employee paid £400 approx and this employee there is no NIC contribution and that is why it's blank.

I am not sure can anyone please give inputs.

Need urgent advice in regards to the account statements.

My accountant prepared 2 different sets
1. Director report and financial statements (which has mentioned that 50k unsecured loan thing)

2. Unaudited financial statements which has got accountant compilation report , p&l a/c and balance sheet again attached.

Now my solicitor wants the accountant report from 2nd set to the first set however accountant denies as they have set formats in the system.

Just want to know if I send both sets like this will it be ok ?? My solicitor said that it's not a hurdle. Can you please give me your inputs.

Unaudited financial statements which has got accountant compilation report , p&l a/c and balance sheet again attached.

This is enough as long as your name appears opposite of the DL sum in the accounts notes

Yesterday i got a call for interview which is on 16th Feb at my business premises.

I have an office and running building & construction company.

Is DBS check is mandatory thing to have??
