Tier 2 UK born child - out of country application

Post by Hizzeon » Fri Feb 02, 2018 10:32 pm

Hi,

I think I am in very difficult situation. I am on tier 2 general and my wife on tier 2 dependent. We had first baby in September 2017 and after getting my newborn's new passport, traveled to Pakistan urgently in January when my newborn was 4 months old. We traveled without our daughter's tier 2 dependent visa. Now in order to return back to the UK, my daughter needs tier 2 dependent visa.

I am concerned that the entry clearance officer would make an objection that I didn't pay for my child's NHS as my child was already 4 months old whilst in the UK

My visa expiry is in July 2018 and as a result NHS surcharge website is showing that I don't need to pay any NHS surcharge as part of my daughter's application.

Can any one please reply me urgently?

Did the NHS ask for payment? Under £500 is acceptable under 320(22).

They will grant child’s leave in line with yours. If it’s under six months, then there’s no IHS due.

Thanks a lot. NHS never asked for any payment under 320 (22) nor even our GP asked anything.

Do you think that my child would be granted Tier 2 child visa if i submit following documents:

Applicant’s (baby) details:
 Passport
 UK Birth Certificate
 Letter from Hospital about baby’s birth
 Baby’s registration letter with the GP
 Baby’s red book copy
 TB certificate

Parents details:
 Father– certified copy of passport, visa page and stamp page
 Mother – certified copy of passport, BRP and stamp page
 Marriage Certificate and pictures

Maintenance
 Original Bank statement UK bank for 90 days showing more than GBP 1500 throughout the period

Employment evidences
 Payslips for last 6 months
 P60 letters
 Employment reference letter
 Certificate of Sponsorship
Residence
Electoral roll registration letter from council for father
Registration letter with GP for mother

Relationship evidence
 Photos in London
 Skype video call screenshot
 Whatsapp call logs screenshot
 Western union remittance to support them while they are in Pakistan

The above are the maximum documents I can provide.

Tier 2 dependent visa - Bank account switch issue

Post by Hizzeon » Thu Feb 08, 2018 8:23 pm

Hi,

I am planning to apply for my child's tier 2 dependent visa from Pakistan and for that I would be providing bank statement from 1 Nov 2017 to 7 Feb 2018. More than 630 pounds in the bank account have been kept from 7 Nov to 7 Feb (92 days) however before 7 Nov the Bank account had zero balance as I used to bank with different bank.

If ECO counts bank 90 days from 7 Feb I think it should be fine as I got sufficient funds but if they count 90 days from 5 of Feb then the requirement of 90 days will not be fulfilled.

Would the above be an issue?

Should I also submit my bank statement from previous bank as well to show that I had a different bank account?

My solicitor asked me to include these 2 things when i applied for the wife and son.
Bank statements can be from 2 banks but make sure it covers 90 days.

Property inspection report. Any estate/letting agent should do it. Only required if you DO NOT rent a whole property by yourself, i.e. required if you share with other people.

For bank statement, is it required that balance to be shown at the end of each day. My statement skips those days when there are no transactions. For instance if the statement shows balance at 1 Feb and next balance at 5 Feb, would that count as 5 days or 2 days for maintenance requirement?

Tier 2 country of permanent residence

Post by Hizzeon » Sun Feb 11, 2018 10:56 pm

Hi,

My baby is born in the UK and travelled to home country in jan 2018 after 4months of birth. I am applying for child's tier 2 dependent visa from home country to call hey back. What should i write in the field country of permanent residence. Is it UK or home country?

In addition, to satisfy child care and accommodation requirement in 319H(l), can I state in my letter that child has stayed in UK for 4 months hence child's care and accommodation is already in place. Our residential address is evidenced to be the same on every single document including UK birth certificate however iam not submitting tenancy agreement due to it being resident landlord one?

Any suggestions if visa would be refused based on above accommodation issue?

Thanks
