query regarding cooling period for tier 5 visa

hello , i was granted a tier 5 visa from jan 2017 till dec 2018 , but i resigned from my post after 7 months in the month of august 2017 & came back to india. Now i want to know , is there any cooling period after curtailment of tier 5 visa. Can i take a job on tier 2 visa if someone offers me .

Cooling off period ONLY applies to tier 2 to tier 2 OUTSIDE the UK and not tier 5 to tier 2 outside the UK.
