You need a work permit.

Guys
Your input is important to me to narrow down my options. I am not looking for any name referral here.

Thanks

What answer(s) are you seeking though! The links provided spell out clearly the way forward.

As other members have pointed out you need a work permit.

Specifically in your case:
Do you qualify under the critical skills scheme when looking through the list of professions from INIS website?

If the answer is Yes, you can move forward by finding yourself a prospective employer in Ireland, send your CV and see if they have a position available and willing to give you a job offer. Ultimately it comes down to yourself to do the hard work of researching for jobs in Ireland, contact companies and hope you get a positive outcome.

The process of getting a work permit would be dependent upon you being given a formal job offer from an employer in Ireland. The job itself needs to also meet the annual income threshold which is spelled out in the INIS website already provided by other members.

Good Luck

Thanks for the details. From my view, yes, I am eligible and looking for the critical employment visa only.

Lets exploring the options for getting a job offer.

Thanks a lot for help.
